Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings for our sales team. This is a fully commission-based role designed for individuals who wants 100% flexible workload, who are confident in outbound outreach, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
The Appointment Setter will be responsible for prospecting, initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings that convert into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
•Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels
•Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target accounts
•Qualify leads based on defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buying criteria
•Present a concise and compelling value proposition
•Overcome objections and gatekeepers professionally
•Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
•Maintain accurate records in CRM (calls, emails, status updates)
•Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets

Qualifications
•Proven experience in appointment setting, SDR, BDR, telemarketing, or inside sales
•Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
•Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection
•Self-motivated and performance-driven
•Comfortable working independently in a commission-only structure
•Familiarity with B2B sales cycles is a plus
