Job Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Talent Acquisition Consultant (360 Role). The Consultant will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying talent needs to onboarding successful candidates. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, providing expert consulting to hiring managers, and crafting effective hiring strategies. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to build and maintain excellent client relationships while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience managing full life-cycle recruiting and hiring processes, with strong consulting and coaching skills to advise hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies. They demonstrate excellent communication and candidate engagement abilities, are proficient in interviewing and evaluating candidate qualifications and cultural fit, and have a proven track record in talent acquisition and executing hiring strategies. The role requires the ability to work independently in a remote environment while consistently meeting deadlines. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
